Léva has been bubbling away since 2018, lovingly maintained in my kitchen with nothing but organic flour and spring water. Now available in a dehydrated form, she’s ready to bring your own bakes to life — wherever you are.

This 20g packet of dried wild yeast is enough to rehydrate and build a thriving starter of your own (and enough for a mistake or two). Once awakened, Léva is strong, balanced, and slightly sweet with a reliable rise and a mellow, tangy aroma. She plays well with wheat, spelt, rye, and blends.

Each packet includes detailed instructions for rehydration and ongoing care. Packaged in a sealed pouch for freshness.
